    模鑄用耐火材料的品種:
    現1個底闆6根鋼錠,模鑄系統用耐材品種有:(1)漏鬥磚C2,1塊。(2)中注管C6,9塊。(3)中心磚3~61塊。(4)流鋼磚9E,12塊。(5)流鋼磚9B,6塊。(6)尾磚10D,6塊。(7)模底C51,6塊。
    模鑄用耐火材料使用前準備工作:
    (1)選磚,凡超過标準規定的裂紋、砂眼、火痣、缺棱、缺角、扭曲、端面不平、子口缺損、疏松、尺寸公差超标等有缺陷的磚一律不用。
    (2)刷磚,凡合标準要求的磚内工作表面,必須用鋼刷清理一遍,除去灰渣。然後按品種,日期碼放在烘烤窯内。
    (3)烘烤,模鑄用磚必須在80~160℃烘烤窯内烘烤48小時,磚内含水份≤0.3%才能使用。
    (4)打箍,漏鬥磚C2使用前均應打上緊鐵箍,防止澆鋼時炸裂。
    模鑄底闆的砌制方法:
    (1)幹砌法,湯道磚接口不抹泥料,減少水份對鋼錠質量十分有利。但對磚使用質量,對砌制操作人員技術素質要求嚴格,操作須認真細心。
    (2)濕砌法,湯道磚接口抹上耐火泥漿砌制,以防止接縫處跑鋼。泥料不能跑進湯道工作面,否則帶進鋼錠夾雜物增多。
    模鑄底的砌制程序:
    (1)清理底闆槽内殘鋼殘渣,檢查底闆是否正常。
    (2)先砌中心磚3~6,使磚表面與底闆平齊,與6個流鋼孔道對齊。然後固定中心磚,不能歪斜,不能砌高。
    (3)再砌中心磚兩對面的流鋼磚,保證中心磚位置不移動。再逐支砌制湯道磚,每支湯道的尾部用碎磚塞緊,防止松動。
    (4)流鋼應先試後砌,試好後再砌。接縫泥料要塗抹均勻,泥料不得擠入湯道内。
    (5)砌制完畢,由後往前向底闆與湯道之間的縫隙内,填充篩過的幹燥火磚粒再用泥料嵌平,壓緊壓實,最後吹淨底闆檢查一次。
    模鑄底闆湯道砌制基本要領
    一平(磚與底闆平)、二實(槽底砂子填空)、三嚴(磚縫接頭嚴)、四緊(砂子紮得緊)、五幹淨(底闆吹幹淨)
    中注管的砌制程序:
    (1)先砌中心磚3~6面上節中注管,要求安放穩固,垂直于中心磚。
    (2)然後碼放6~7節,節節垂直不能歪倒。注意每節之間公母子口必須吻合。
    (3)吊放中注管澆口鑄件,人工撬杠調整澆口中注管的間隙必須相等,加放中注管磚和漏鬥磚。
    (4)鐵闆蓋上漏鬥磚,灌砂充填澆口間隙,防止中注破裂跑鋼。
    (5)用壓縮空氣吹掃,清理中注管内、湯道内的砂粒。
    底闆跑鋼事故原因:
    (1)湯道磚接縫不嚴跑鋼。
    (2)湯道磚高出底闆平面,被鋼錠模,澆口鑄件壓裂跑鋼。
    (3)湯道磚耐急熱差炸裂跑鋼。
    (4)模底磚與尾磚接口不嚴,鋼錠模底面變形跑鋼。
    (5)中注管接口不嚴,炸裂,熱砂填充不實跑鋼。

Types of refractory materials for mold casting:

Preparation for the use of refractory materials for mold casting:

(1) in selecting bricks, any bricks with defects such as cracks, sand holes, fire moles, missing edges, missing angles, distortion, unevenness at the end, sub-mouth defects, loose, dimensional tolerance exceeding the standard shall not be used.

(2) to brush the brick, where the working surface of the brick meets the standard requirements, it must be cleaned with a steel brush to remove the ash.Then put them in the baking kiln by variety and date.

(3) baking, casting brick must be baked in 80 ~ 160℃ baking kiln for 48 hours, the brick contains water ≤0.3% can be used.

(4) hoop, funnel brick C2 should be tightened iron hoop before use to prevent cracking during pouring.

Casting method of bottom plate:

(1) dry laying method, tang road brick interface does not apply mud material, reduce water content is very beneficial to the quality of ingot.But to brick use quality, to lay bricks the operator technical quality requirements are strict, the operation must be careful.

(2) wet laying method, the joint of tang road brick is laid with refractory mud to prevent steel running at the joints.Mud should not run into the working face, otherwise it will increase the inclusion in the ingot.

Laying procedure of die casting bottom:

(1) clean the residual steel residue in the bottom plate groove and check whether the bottom plate is normal.

(2) lay the center brick 3 ~ 6 first, so that the surface of the brick is flush with the bottom plate and aligned with the 6 flow steel channels.Then fix the center brick, can not skew, can not build high.

(3) lay the flowing steel bricks opposite the center brick again to ensure that the position of the center brick does not move.Each runner is then lined with bricks. The end of each runner is plugged with broken bricks to prevent loosening.

(4) flow steel should be tested before laying, and then laid after a good test.Seam mud shall be daubed evenly, mud shall not be squeezed into the soup passage.

(5) after laying bricks, fill the gap between the bottom plate and the soup passage from back to front, and then inlay the screened dry firebrick particles with mud, press tightly and compactly, and finally blow off the bottom plate for inspection.

Basic principles of cast bottom slab lining

One flat (flat brick and bottom plate), two solid (sand fill), three strict (brick joint strict), four tight (sand tie tight), five clean (floor blowing clean)

Laying procedure of middle pipe:

(1) first lay the pipe in the middle section of the 3 ~ 6 faces of the center brick, and it shall be placed firmly and perpendicular to the center brick.

(2) then put 6 ~ 7 sections, successively perpendicular cannot tilt.Note that the male and female must be identical between each section.

(3) lift and place the middle casting pipe gate casting, adjust the gap of the middle casting pipe with manual crowbar, and add middle casting pipe brick and funnel brick.

(4) cover the iron plate with funnel brick, fill the gap of the gate with sand, and prevent the middle injection from breaking and running steel.

(5) use compressed air to purge the sand particles in the middle injection tube and soup passage.

Causes of steel floor running accident:

(1) soup road brick joints lax run steel.

(2) the tangdao brick is higher than the plane of the bottom plate and fractured by ingot mold and gate casting.

(3) tang road brick rapid thermal difference blasting run steel.

(4) loose interface between bottom brick and tail brick, deformation of bottom surface of ingot mold.

(5) the middle injection pipe interface is not strict, burst, hot sand filling is not running steel.
